About Me

I work for the 3rd largest insurance company in the U.S. as the field supervisor for Washington, D.C. My job involves training and managing associates and body shops in D.C. I am currently a student studying for my Masters degree at Walden University. I am studying for my M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology specializing in Training and Performance Development. This blog was built to follow my progress through my Masters program and beyond.
